  I have been renting a unit for over a year now and I am glad to have had Chase as my contact person at West Coast Storage. There were a number of changes to my move out date and he has been extremely patient and flexible with last minute changes and oversight on payment schedules on my end. Rental fee is a bit high compared to others in the area, but I'd trade that in for working with a Rep like Chase who gets that honest errors do happen and that flexibility and good faith are keys to building solid client relationships. If he isn't in a leadership role now, he should be considered for one; His customer service skills are worth emulating by others. This is a review for Chase specifically which I'd give 5 stars.
