  Salesperson was fine. Easy to contact. They do not have installers contacts who can make any changes to the granite or so. If straightforward install that might be okay but any work involved they are not equipped for that. You have to find your own installer. I took off one star for that I finally returned the stove and got it from a place where they can install with changes to granite. The other star is off because of tight hours. They close at 5 pm. And are closed on Sundays. Very tight for working people.
