    I took a class here at the behest of a friend who is *super fit.* I knew going in I would not be able to keep up, but that's OK with me. The space and equipment were great. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The coach was really good-- kept everyone moving and motivated, checked in and gave feedback. It was clear that he knew each person and what they needed. The other gym members were all really kind and supportive too. What a great place to go and get after your goals!
