  I had a broken tooth inside the gum along with some infection and pain in upper right close to my sinus area, my friend recommended SANTA CLARA FAMILY DENTAL CARE.
  I called and got the first opening for 9/5/2017.
  on ( 9/5/2017 )I went for consultation , DR. SAGE reviewed the XRAYS and explained in details the options that I had , I chose to go with his recommendation which was lifting my low sinus line and bone graft the area for future implants, I was then scheduled for 9/9/2017 SURGERY.
  On 9/9/2017 I went for surgery DR. SOHEIL SAGEZCHI who was the surgeon explained in detail about the procedure , Dr. was talking to me during the procedure so I knew what to expect.
  
  This major surgery went very well , I had no discomfort , bleeding, infection or complications.
  In Conclusion I would like to Thank both Doctor Khalil , Soheil , and the entire Professional staff at this dental office.
